One of our greatest opportunities as internal communications professionals is to effectively unlock the power of employee data. While our colleagues in Marketing have long used data-driven insights to set and refine strategies, we’ve faced a number of challenges — from a lack of resources and tools, to lack of clarity around which metrics will help us move the needle.

In this highly interactive workshop, we’ll dive into some of your greatest measurement challenges and brainstorm ways to overcome these barriers. We’ll discuss various measurement approaches, and strategies for both defining and effectively measuring business-driven communications goals.

Leave this workshop with strategies and practical advice, including how to:

  • Implement the right measurement strategy to elevate your role in the organization
  • Set communications and engagement goals that clearly connect to business goals
  • Identify and prioritize engagement metrics, from Open and Click Rates to Employee Net Promoter Scores
  • Develop different reporting approaches for different audience requirements
  • Use people data to effectively meet your communications and engagement goals
  • Translate date into actionable insights
